From cracked magnesium to track-ready aluminum.

The original magnesium racing wheel was cracked and unsafe. It was scanned and reverse-engineered, then recreated as a modern three-piece aluminum wheel while preserving the original Pygmée appearance.

CASE 02

Prototype phase

Rear upright reconstruction.

The original rear upright was scanned and manually measured to capture its complex cast geometry and critical suspension interfaces. The component was rebuilt as a complete CAD model and documented for manufacturing. The project is progressing through aluminum casting and prototype validation before final machining.
