Quentin shaping sheet metal on an English wheelHands-on fabrication / English wheel

Quentin · Founder & Mechanical Engineer

I understand the complete vehicle, not just the scan.

Bud Eagle Engineering combines mechanical engineering and modern scanning technology with real experience restoring vehicles, rebuilding engines, shaping sheet metal, taking precision measurements, and assembling mechanical systems.

That hands-on experience matters. It means the geometry is evaluated with the part’s function, material, assembly, serviceability, and manufacturing purpose in mind.

Beyond the computer

Engineering informed by the workshop.

Parts are not isolated shapes. They carry load, locate assemblies, seal fluids, clear neighboring systems, and eventually need to be manufactured and installed.

01

Measure what matters.

Scan broad geometry, manually verify critical interfaces, and understand the required fit.

02

Design for the process.

The correct CAD depends on whether the part will be printed, machined, formed, cast, or fabricated.

03

Stay honest about development.

Prototype work is presented as prototype work. Manufacturing claims follow real validation.

Mechanical-engineer-led. Professional scanning equipment. Real manufacturing experience.
